Springtime in the Rockies
Remember that old Anita Bryant song about "Springtime in the Rockies"? The lyrics presented a pastoral view of this season. Guess what? Anita Bryant probably had never experienced spring in Taos or anywhere else in the Rockies. The weather changes rapidly and often. Yesterday the temperature in the town of Taos was 65 with beautiful blue skies and a light breeze. Made me want to plant my garden. Today the sky is gray and the temperature is dropping. I am going skiing tomorrow--perfect weather.
